Outdoor living is at its best on the multiple patios, balconies, and grilling areas. Bask in the sunset glow on the main home's lanai while savoring an alfresco dinner cooked in the outdoor kitchen.
The main entrance leads to enchanting koi ponds surrounded by lushly landscaped gardens. Cooling slate floors run throughout the largest home, with vaulted ceilings in the main area. There are multiple fully equipped kitchens and kitchenettes with all you need to whip up meals enjoyed as a large group or as smaller families. Other conveniences include multiple laundry areas, gas tiki torches, and a garage packed with snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, and SUPs.
Overlooking the refreshing freshwater pool and the rhythmic Pacific waves, the most breathtaking part of the estate may be the tranquil outdoor lanai. On winter mornings, whales and pods of dolphins can often be spotted in the distance. The lanai is also the optimal location to view the spectacular Hawaiian sunsets.
This oceanfront residence features intermittent sandy areas among lava tidal pools and overlooks a small bay, in which you can boogie board, surf, fish, or snorkel. Most mornings you'll discover turtles grazing in the tide pool areas.
Located less than 2.5 miles from the pier in downtown Kona, which is famous for the Ironman race each October, the residence is just 1 mile south of downtown Kailua-Kona on a scenic waterfront thoroughfare nestled between rows of souvenir and curio shops, sidewalk cafes, and a long lava rock sea wall. The property is just 7 miles south of Honokohau Boat Harbor, and recommended beaches include Makalawena, Manini'owali, and Mahai'ula. The closest airport is Kona International Airport, a 10-mile drive.
